hi,   i resent new customer of cloud (student , teachers) service. have started encounter minor kind of annoying technical problems. before registered cloud account running adobe master collection (trial) version on macbook pro (mac os x 10.8.2). completed registration cloud , began download , updated app's. went fine, until came across small little problem premier pro. trying import few *.mov files uni video have on xmas.   instead of spending time trying figure out problem decide uninstall , download/install of app on cloud hub, incase pervious installations. couldn't directly re-download apps via cloud hub, had re-download trial version. however, can not adobe application manager work, keep saying "download error, please try again" have tried load of time, keep getting same message.   please help,   damien moshpit84 did utilize uninstallers located in applications/utilities/adobe installers remove installation of premiere pro?  version of adobe application...

in air app i'm using loading swfloader load 600x800 swf game. in flex detect screen size , scale swf full screen. swfs simple games stutter @ full screen. i've used latest flash player, cached bitmap, gpu render , other recommended optimizations @ 15fps still not smooth. there else can (short of moving starling)? im assuming graphics being rescaled every frame , cpu/gpu intensive. rescaling game graphics individually (there several games) big job there way tell swf prescale graphics @ beginning of game or there major optimization can do? do have other content outside of game?  how scaling?  via stagescalemode? i have created fillable form (job application form) in livecycle es2.   they fine, can edit save etc.   when email them colleague uses foxit, cannot open.  mean have use adobe reader view , edit form created via adobe?   i think isn't problem, because have version of form (no idea in way different, have been trying many things!) can open. fantastic - when types in field , moves next one, previous field returns blank state.   any advice appreciated have spent day this!   thanks well, adobe make forms in standard ways. adobe's software works them. adobe can't make promises other people's software might do. works forms. ignore forms. seem work leave form broken.   so, i'd recommend give out advice: must use adobe reader these forms, unless prepared test , certify other software yourself. cs6でメモリ不足になり、プログラムの強制終了される。       まずＰＣ（Ａマシン）で、テープベースのhdvを外付けhddにキャプチャーする。   このpcを使っているときは、メモリ不足の警告が基本的に出ない。       外付けhddを別のＰＣ（Ｂマシン）に持って行き、先ほどのＡマシンで作ったプロジェクトを読み込む。   再度、最適化が行われる。この途中で、Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ側から、メモリ不足ですという警告が出て、プログラムの強制終了が指示される。   キャンセルをしても、強制終了させられる。     ファイル数（時間）が多いとこういうことになります。   3時間ぐらいのデータ数だと、なんとか最適化が行われて、強制終了にはなりませんでした。   7時間ぐらいだと、強制終了させられます。     cs5.5までは、こんなことがなかったので、6になってメモリの扱い方が、おかしくなってます？     ＰＣには、メモリを16Ｇ（Ａマシン）と12Ｇ（Ｂマシン）積んでおり、メディアキャッシュ関係は、システムドライブではなく、別ドライブに保存するようにしており容量はたっぷりとあります。   windowsのｔｅｍｐファイル等も余裕があります。     また、一度キャプチャーした後、拡張子がmpeg以外のpremiereで作成されたファイルを全部削除した後で、再度読み込んで最適化させると、同じ現象が起こります。         少しはパソコンのことやＣＳ6でどうやれば強制終了しなくなるようにするかは、わかるんです。   でも、ＣＳ6のこととかあまりわかってない人でも、悩まなくていいようにならないものでしょうか。       現在、他の人に作成したプロジェクトファイルと素材が入ったhddを渡して、編集等を行っており、pcとかに詳しくもないので、そんなことでメモリ不足が起こると、作業がストップしてしまい、 相手方は投げ出してしまいます。     いい解決方法は、ないものでしょうか？ メモ...

after being unable install 16.0.3 update illustrator either via manually or via software update several days ago, ended uninstalling/reinstalling licensed copy of cs6 design standard had bought , downloaded adobe store.  moments ago, tried launch photoshop.  instead adobe application manager launched , informed me required sign in start software trial.  why getting message start software trial when have installed software suite , entered license code adobe issued me? have purchased full version software or creative cloud? if full version, once enter serial number must accept , activate software. if have purchased creative cloud, please click on license software , sign-in email address used purchase subsciption, subscription activated.
