Help with updating and Adobe Application Manager (Max OS X)
hi,
i resent new customer of cloud (student , teachers) service. have started encounter minor kind of annoying technical problems. before registered cloud account running adobe master collection (trial) version on macbook pro (mac os x 10.8.2). completed registration cloud , began download , updated app's. went fine, until came across small little problem premier pro. trying import few *.mov files uni video have on xmas.
instead of spending time trying figure out problem decide uninstall , download/install of app on cloud hub, incase pervious installations. couldn't directly re-download apps via cloud hub, had re-download trial version. however, can not adobe application manager work, keep saying "download error, please try again" have tried load of time, keep getting same message.
please help,

moshpit84 did utilize uninstallers located in applications/utilities/adobe installers remove installation of premiere pro? version of adobe application manager using?
