Thread: Ubuntu 10.04 Wired network Disconnected - you are now offline

hi, installed ubuntu 10.04, complete noob, can't connect internet. connect ethernet cable, select auto ethernet , icon animates 30 seconds. notification "wired network disconnected - offline".

don't know other information should provide. tried few things different posts editing dhcpclient.config don't know i'm doing , none of these worked anyways. i'm not sure if solutions similar problem!

i'm using same connection on mac os 10.4.11 (different machine) , have no problems. use these same settiings in ubuntu? don't know different fields represent or should input in manual settings.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
