No Red Indicator Line

in design fun instructions, red indicator line appear when red box fragged edge of page.

 

this happen @ top , right sides; however, not happen on left when house icon above red rectangle, though home icon png image , has transparent background; so, assume should able see through image , see red indicator light. in case, red indicator light should appear no matter what, think.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
