No longer can launch a licensed copy of CS6 Design Standard

after being unable install 16.0.3 update illustrator either via manually or via software update several days ago, ended uninstalling/reinstalling licensed copy of cs6 design standard had bought , downloaded adobe store.  moments ago, tried launch photoshop.  instead adobe application manager launched , informed me required sign in start software trial.  why getting message start software trial when have installed software suite , entered license code adobe issued me?

have purchased full version software or creative cloud?

if full version, once enter serial number must accept , activate software.
if have purchased creative cloud, please click on license software , sign-in email address used purchase subsciption, subscription activated.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
