Identit-E has verified and approved my student status but won't give me a serial number

identit -e has verified , approved student status product purchased (lightroom 4) after 2 days, still has not given me serial number can use product.  due technical issue, won't tell me when issue resolved.  30 day trial expires in 2 days , need able use product purchased won't able until identit-e gives me serial number.  adobe customer service wasn't help, wouldn't work me extend trial period while waiting on own vender fix problem.  else having sort of problem? 

just added note, have tried using elgibility verification service few times, have chatted on live chat identit-e few times , have sent emails identit-e few times well.  want use product , surprised , disappointed adobe can't seem fix issue or me out.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
