hello   i experiencing occasional odd behavior on packaged content. sometimes, when playing stream, player stalls on fragment. manually skipping forward minute solves stall , player continues playing stream.   i see behavior in several different players (pure osmf strobe, mpx theplatform's player) across multiple os , flash 10.x , 11.x runtimes.   if take same input .mp4 files (i use multiple bitrates) , repackage, using exact same f4fpackager command, output playable. have tried v4.5.1 , v5 of f4fpackager , see same behavior. there no errors or warnings thrown during packaging process.   this problem of stalls major problem vod service have manually through each bitrate , check playable without stalls.   i saved 2 .f4f files: 1 fails , 1 works. not knowing format of f4f (i cannot find parser) post findings here. perhaps triggers someone's knowledge. can hope. let me know if more info needed.     the files of identical size:   $ ls -l correct_seg1...

since "install update" in admin backend not work, have been working on trying follow other way suggested. involved backing site akeeba first. had download , study long instruction menu. backup seemed go enough. manual specific testing backup. means setting local server of kind. more downloads , manuals. in order make work, must accumulate long list of data regarding database, etc. , removing backup host server. , on goes. seems long entangled nightmare process. from there, have update zip file, i'm not sure 1 that. if ever test backup done, assume must ftp upload someplace. seems there many potential risks of breaking things that. so, after many days still haven't gotten update done. isn't there way make "install update" button work? what not working when select update? if see error messages, copy , paste details here. hello,   i asked assistance couple of weeks ago, , got answer 1/2 way solved problem. i'm looking me way there.   for background, original issue was:   i purchased new macbook air. other computer mac mini - , have purchased (and licensed) version of adobe web premium 5.5 on machine. want put software on new laptop - not have cd/dvd drive.   i went adobe account view order history - there's nothing there. in products, license shows - can't figure out how download laptop.   i got answer - , able software installed on laptop (via 30-day trial download). it's 30-day trial.   so here's still need with:   when tried entering serial number after downloading, received message serial number not valid. entered serial number in adobe account (viewing "my products").   any idea how software registered on new laptop? think should able have software registered on both home machine , laptop, correct?   thanks!   i appreciate can this.   matt ado...
