Trouble with my Adobe Web Premium license

hello,

 

i asked assistance couple of weeks ago, , got answer 1/2 way solved problem. i'm looking me way there.

 

for background, original issue was:

 

i purchased new macbook air. other computer mac mini - , have purchased (and licensed) version of adobe web premium 5.5 on machine. want put software on new laptop - not have cd/dvd drive.

 

i went adobe account view order history - there's nothing there. in products, license shows - can't figure out how download laptop.

 

i got answer - , able software installed on laptop (via 30-day trial download). it's 30-day trial.

 

so here's still need with:

 

when tried entering serial number after downloading, received message serial number not valid. entered serial number in adobe account (viewing "my products").

 

any idea how software registered on new laptop? think should able have software registered on both home machine , laptop, correct?

adobe offers latest version of software trial. have cs6 trial rather cs5.5, , that's why serial number not valid.

you transfer contents dvd/cd pen drive or shared network location, , copy them on laptop. run installers laptop install cs5.5.

 

generally license agreement lets install software on upto 2 machines, provided not used @ same time. 2 computers should ok.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
