Thread: Webcam and Skype - Again

hello everybody,

know there many posts incompatibility between webcams , skype linux. read many of them , looked other solutions in web, not solve common problem: webcam works other programs, not skype. tried command

ld_preload=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype

did not work. skype openned, problem persisted, , in terminal following message written:

error: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so' ld_preload cannot preloaded: ignored.

if me, appreciate it.

ps: use ubuntu 11.04.

ok, directory libv4l in directory! not know why in /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l. used command ld_preload=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype &, , worked!

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
