Thread: Newby install problem with PikLab

hi guys

new forum , linux in general! i've installed ubuntu 11.4 , have been trying pic microcontroller development environment piklab installed.

followed these instructions letter:

have found when issue "piklab" command last instruction get:

piklab: error while loading shared libraries: libpcreposix.so.0: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory

installation instructions includes reply same issue , solution this:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/s...eezy&arch=i386

link returning no results me.

can don't confess understand symbolic links or error seeing.

grateful assistance...

have installed in 11.04 & 11.10 according following tutorials:

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
