Pen-pressure control both opacity\flow AND size?

i distinctly remember versions of photoshop (even before cs, perhaps) in choose brush valueable me , allow me control wacom pen pressure both opacity , size of stroke. vaguely remember had air-brush icon

i can no longer find such brush in photoshop.

in attempts play options or brush settings, or choosing `pressure opacity icon` or `size opacity icon` , combinations tried, caouldn`t find brush allow me control both, , remember , know once did exist...

 

in screenshot 1 show how when choosing opacity pressure control 1 gets these wonederful soft, cloudy, fluffy, gradient edges how  if strokes seems grow bit thinner same width between 2 parallel red lines.

 

in screenshot 2 show how when choosing size pressure control 1 ges these pointy sharp edges , not cloudy gradients of previous example

 

in screenshot 3 attemp[t simulation - artificial representation of , feel of brush i`m referring to, long lost me, has both soft edges , can still reduced thin line @ same time.

can not make pressure control both size , flow?

 

i don't use pen, setting both size , flow "fade" seems give effect want, i'd expect "pen pressure" work.
