How to make table lines invisible? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i'm new joomla although getting on re-designing our football club website.
i having 1 problem finding difficult resolve.
when add tables borders/padding etc. set zero, site still shows table lines can seen here http://www.montrosefc.co.uk/joomla/inde ... e-30-08-14
i bring text in each row closer together.
i heavily reliant on tables in older dreamweaver designed site , still use them joomla if can.
i'm sure there easy way around if can point me in right direction.

you have attributes 'border bottom' , 'border top', set 1px, cause border rendered, on lines 145 - 147 of html source of page.

tip: web developer tools extension chrome useful in analysing css contributes rendered styles.

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
