Unable to activate software after upgrading to Windows 8

i unable activate creative cloud products after upgrading windows 8. have used chat service on 3 separate occasions, , after employee asks me e-mail , order number, determines unable provide me instructions necessary license or activate software. must forwarded special team me resolve problem. during transfer, cut off -- each time.
on windows 7, deactivated creative cloud membership through photoshop.
i upgraded windows 8, installing security updates , restarting system several times.
now updates installed, want re-activate adobe products -- unable find commands so.
i have logged in adobe application manager, using e-mail address , password adobe has in system account.
how activate adobe products?
