problem with mail to - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi firends
i have problem mail comonent...
in google webmaster have crawl error follow as

index.php/fa/component/mailto/
reason code 403

index.php/en/component/mailto/
reason code 403

and error detail:
googlebot couldn't crawl url because server either requires authentication access page, or blocking googlebot accessing site

how can fix it??
and why have not pormetion disable component in administartor backend?? when want
to disable lock icon show in status , writed "protected component"...

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
