Photoshop files open as black or white screen - please help

i had desktop computer crash ( gateway ) , had wipe clean , re-install everything. have adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium. since re-installing creative suite, ps has begun having issues opening files. ps open 'first' file normal; however, subsequent files ask open open blank screens either black or white. has begun freezing on me no apparent reason. mentioned above have gateway desktop core intel i5 processor. cannot think processor issue, may wrong? please if can, have load of work clients , new year , cannot continue have these issues slowing me way down. thank in advance time , helpful insight or solutions may have.

 

 

 

just side note: have contacted adobe support via chat , suggestion come here forums or call support. so, have called support , have been on hold on 45 minutes , still holding. please me? thank you. also, have tried un-installing , re-installing ps cs5.5. thank you!

are os , device drivers up-to-date before crash?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
