how do i colorize a black and white photo?

i have old black , white photo of family member colorize. how done? ? new photoshop.

 

is scanned image? if have grayscale image have manually using brush tool , choosing colors color picker.

 

if image rgb , converted b&w it’s possible use:

enhance >> adjust color >> hue/saturation

 

there colorize checkbox , can adjust sliders overall color change.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
