best Budget Graphics Card for Pr CS6 editing

i looking build i5 3570 based windows editing computer in coming months , looking suggestions on graphics card used premiere pro cs6. not using system high volume video editing, 1-4 5-15 minute projects month using canon dslr footage , few motion graphics in ae.

 

i purchase nvidia card under $200 used "hack" enable in editing. system may end being used gaming, it's not priority. have tried looking around online see if has made list of best non approved nvidia cards mercury playback unable find anything.

 

are there things in graphics card when comes working premiere , ae? number of cuda cores, core clock, memory type? i'm not knowledgable when comes computers willing learn if helps me find card best fits needs.

16-32gb 1600 ddr3 ram

128gb ssd os

a few hdds work/scratch

of current generation geforce gpus, gtx 650 ti best can unless happen find gtx 660 in range (normally, gtx 660 above price limit).

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
