Unable to open Lightroom 3.6.2

i have been using program las couple of years.   seems not want open.   instead windows 7

returns following error message 0x000007b   of course means nothing me.  tells me close program.

i don't know error code means either.  first thing go folder catalog being stored , see if there file .lock extension.  if 1 there, delete it.  indication last time lightroom shut down didn't properly.  , file associated database lightroom uses manage images.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
