installing FM8 on windows 8- how to deal with a 1603 error ?

hi all

i have run fm8 on windows 7 long time, upgraded win 8.

 

i have installed cs4, attempting install fm8, have problem. install goes way end; installer mentions updating registry entries, goes in flash. install rolls back. says there 1603 error.

 

win compatibility modes don't seem help, nor installing hard disk. have switched off startup items, changed permissions on spool/drivers, still same error.

 

can ?

i don't know if windows 8 installations, xp

service pack 3 broke installation of fm8 disk. adobe issued

new installer online, have download it. believe

installer necessary later windows versions. anyway, worth

try.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
