How to allow Flash, Reader, and Shockwave installations through the firewall?

when allow single machine full access through firewall on port 80, 3 products install flawlessly. trying narrow down , open specific ip ranges used adobe. know ones need allowed work? also, know standalone files can downloaded , installed avoid firewall issue, allow users bring own devices install these products. below ip address open through port 80, able install flash every time, reader , shockwave less reliable. thank can provide.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
