why doesn't photoshop run faster?

there many factors contribute responsiveness of photoshop. hardware software, there infinite number of combinations can boost or hinder photoshop tries work. considering factors how ram have begins scratch surface. have @ how fast ram , how fast motherboard in supporting it. computer can run fast slowest components. additionally, hardware resources must split between of running applications. , while may running web browser @ same time photoshop, of applications running in background? security software such antivirus remains hidden, operating behind scenes, still takes cpu cycles , ram. , files working with? pixel dimensions? file size on disk? number of layers, smart objects, styles, , adjustments?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
