Can't import black and white videos

i trying import black , white avi , wmv files premiere elements 11 , come in wild colors. can assume program thinks 24 bit color frames instead of 8 bit black , white frames. there way around this. might ask why messing black , white files in first place. files high speed camera images in avi format , have made compilation of wmv files. format not seem matter fact black , white does.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
