Broadcasting live sporting events

i'm working on helping college increase ability broadcast @ higher level of quality. right web streams choppy , output frame on fme quite choppy leads me believe pc running on weaker need. 1 of biggest issues has laptop mobility broadcasting sports interviews.

 

current system

 

m465-e notebook

 

intel® core™ processor duo

667 mhz front side bus (fsb)

intel® 945gm chipset integrated graphics - intel® graphics media accelerator (gma) 950

 

now i'm positive system getting hammered trying perform streaming system , need suggestions should @ buying want accomplish. streaming directly off camera system input size 720x480 video window on athletics site 640x360. want push has high of quality broadcasts possible!

 

the ultimate goal here ability stream close hd quality possible cameras hd well. them streaming in h.264 instead of vp6 aren't badnwidth restricted streaming 2mb dedictaed video feed , if wanted to.

 

i can start assume need system wise have i7 860 , have never experienced choppy output window are. suggestions appreciated , if there informaiton know i'd more happy provide informaiton well.

a lot more info required you.

 

  • from cameras codec, resolution , framerate.
  • how output streamed, hd-sdi, hdmi, or format.
  • what hardware/software use streaming?
  • how downrez hd 720x480 , 640x360?
  • what do handle par?
  • what budget?

 

this laptop way underpowered hd.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
