What Software to use to change a .tp file so Prem Pro CS6 can import it?

not sure why interface in french..this happened...geesh!  english!!!

 

anyway.  need iimport file .tp file , of course prem pro cs6 cannot import it.  see lots of software plug ins can make file (like mp4) can imported best 1 i've seen says works cs4.  here know safely download , use please?

these files come tv broadcast.  not legally allowed edit them.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
