LR 3.6 and PSE 6.0 To New Computer

i purchased windows 8 computer replace old windows xp computer, on have lightroom 3.6 , photoshop elements 6.0.  photos on external drive , remain there after install lr , pse on new computer.  question of lr or pse should install first on new computer.  (does matter?)  plan continue use lr primary program catalog, developing, exporting, etc., pse used selective adjustments photos only.

i don't know matters. however, install photoshop elements first. then, when install lightroom, easy choose external editor.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
