inserting images into image placeholders

in cp 6 there themes. themes have master slides placeholders. when click on wheel inside placeholder insert image it, image becomes deformed, because width , height not constrained during inserting - become width , height of placeholder. after importing have open original image, check size , resize placeholder aspect ratio accordingly.

 

is there method insert image placeholder without deforming image, scaling fit placeholder?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
