Error displaying : Application Instantiation Error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i new joomla - please help! have created joomla site on computer , wish upload remote server. have uploaded files manually sub directory after having trouble using backup software etc upload.
when type in url joomla page receive error -'error displaying error page: application instantiation error'. think may problem 'configuration.php' file cannot find way around properly.

i have been searching for days now. hoping 1 of brilliant people able point me in right direction. site live.

can show me completed config.php file can see need doing?

the error message means joomla unable connect database or database server. have restored database server?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
