13.0.2 update: eye dropper samples from wrong pixel

i updated cs6 13.0.2 , noticed issue eye dropper. eye dropper tool selected, hovering on document puts wrong values rgb section of info panel. pick correct colors when click mouse, though.

 

by "the wrong values", mean eye dropper seems sample half pixel left of pixel you're hovering over. i'm not using retina display, wouldn't surprise me if result of changes retina. in case, it's not correct.

 

is else seeing this?

i can reproduce this.

 

it looks color sampler in hover mode showing correct value when hover on top left 'quadrant' of pixel over.

when in of other 3 quadrants (top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right) shows wrong value.

 

when click sample, select correct value pixel (exactly described)

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
