OK to empty session table in database? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

the session table in joomla database has grown 320 mb , takes longer site, , possibly slowing down site's performance. in global configuration, switched session handler database none.

i have done repair , optimize on database in cpanel mysql databases, , on table in phpmyadmin. table still 320 mb. safe me peform empty command on table in phpmyadmin?

yes, can empty sessions table.
however, logged in, logged out & have login again.

btw: make backup of table before empty it, in case...

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
