computer shuts down once we open PDF's

my computer shuts down when launch adobe products/ pdfs.

we having a  time removing adobe creative suite package

has 1 had issue

there nothing adobe software can directly shut down computer since runs application , has no direct access hardware. however, possible since adobe applications typically use large amounts of memory given complexity , complexity of documents being opened or created, hardware resources such memory and/or video card maybe being stressed in ways microsoft office applications, example, might not stress them.

 

i run diagnostics against hardware in general , memory specifically.

 

also check see if there available updates video card's drivers.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
