Maximum resolution?

hello, all!

 

i use acrobat 10.1.4 on mac (running max os x 10.6.8). company produces lot of reports include highly detailed maps (elevations, depth measurements, gps coordinates, etc.) how can figure out image format give me highest possible resolution in pdfs?

do need factor in os/version #s other workstations involved in creating word .doc's make pdfs? bonus challenge: of them pcs.

are youir maps generated bitmaps? i'd expect highly detailed maps created in kind of vector format, in case there no resolution worry - long don't save them bitmap format.  if you're not sure, how maps made , saved?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
