user activation - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all

i have set new user account activation admin.
so, once user clicked link enclosed in email, status should change enabled.

however, status remains not enabled, not activated even if user clicked link (i have tested myself).
however, admins receive confirmation mail new user has registered , account can activated.
only after admin has klicked on link form mail, status changes enabled, activated.

in end, works, missing vital information in user manager(which user has confirmed email , has not)

any appreciated

that's not how admin selection works:
new user account activation.
none. user account active no action required.
self. user receive email activation link. account activated when user clicks activation link.
admin. user receive email activation link. when user clicks link, site admin notified via email , site admin needs activate user's account.

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
