Error com_login, JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADIN - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

in order try out new extensions in safe environment, did following suggested webhost:
1. copied website / data on webserver folder called "test" on same server
2. set new mysql database , uploaded files of old one
3. used tool joom-config adjust paths

when trying access new site, error 404. when accessing administrator panel says


jlib_application_error_component_not_loading
jlib_application_error_component_not_loading
error loading component: com_login, 1

when try log in, says:


jlib_application_error_component_not_loading
error loading component: com_login, 1
jauthentication: :__construct: not load authentication libraries.
jlib_application_error_component_not_loading
error loading component: com_login, 1

can me? there paths have adjust joom-config doesn't cover? customer service (webhost) said can't me. i'm running joomla 2.5.24.

@exploris: seems joomla files missing , thats causing issue. make sure files/folders ( joomla default ones) in place.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
