Change session's name and id - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i've developped authentication plugin sso , works : sso cookie sent browser , user logged. browser have 2 cookies : joomla cookie , sso cookie.

now want override joomla's sessions joomla retrieve or create session when sso cookie detected server , not joomla cookie. keep sso cookie. think have change session name , id according sso cookie don't know how that. try lot of things don't figure out. manage change session id not name valid session can't retrieve.

any ideas how ?

ok i've extended jsession class override _setotptions method. don't figure out initlialise session i've created.

how jsession::initialise method work ? wich input , dispatcher shall call ?
