converting standard definition 1:33 ratio to 1080i keeping ratio

i using standard definition 1:33 ratio clips in 1080i blow-up (with black bars on sides, of course).  should ask premiere interpret 720x580 standard footage 1080i non-anamorphic or should use speedgrade reconstitute image same standard?

is advisable retain clips original lower frame first or should accept upper field first standard high definition?

for job think better premiere, think speedgrade haven't support fields.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
