Can't install Auction Factory - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, bought auction factory extension website hosted on parallels plesk godaddy.

at first, had trouble installing component, getting 500 server errors. finally, moving isp, able install , got confirmation message "component installed".

i can see auction factory item in components menu, when click on settings (or other submenu matter), directed page "http://www.tribalartauctions.com/joomla/administrator/index.php?option=com_auctionfactory&task=settingsmanager" message "this page can’t displayed
•make sure web address http://www.tribalartauctions.com correct.
•look page search engine.
•refresh page in few minutes."

i try again after 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes , same message.

how can access settings (and other features) of component ?

you received answer on developer forum. since have dedicated forum this, can check answer there. please note developers not responsible configuring setups or solving server configuration issues, these each webmaster. extension developers can extension, developed them , solve particular issues caused extension itself, not other third parties.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
