hi can help? use wine , word, unemployed after leaving college , need send c.v.s employers made on word @ college , saved usb stick!!

when using wine , word looks fine me, when send file potential employers, cannot open it, comes saying -corrupted file- desperately need send these files opened window users, there way can remedy situation without going xp operating system?

hello again...

try saving files .txt or .rtf

both of formats considered "universal"...

kinda hard determine why corrupted file error message happening.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
