Trying to place an image or object above a video file within a project

i have intro video in .mov/.mp4 using @ beginning of presentation there "tm" logo needs removed. don't have access original file, completed video. figured place white png or box above portion of video , display above it. however, when insert video either won't visible objects or video plays fine stays on top (even after arranging).

 

i have trial version of flash pro if accomplished in program well, i'll that. tips?

 

there portion have video i'd "character" appear on top of, require same solution. in advance assistance

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
