Editors not displaying correctly in Frontend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i'm having problems when using editor in frontend of website.
this issue happens both tinymce, , jce. happens in frontend, not in backend.
i'm using own template, think issue due fact it's not using twitter bootstrap ( editors seem use it).
the publishing options such category, tags, etc., not render correctly. buttons show as
hypertext, , publishing options show in messy way.
there no css ids or classes don't know how change them. had quick @ bootstrap, messes design.

any great - i'm @ loss of do.
