Why is SHELLEXTLOADER closed but I can't install anything

i keep getting install prompt asking me close shellextloader continue install creative cloud programs have yet not installed. prevoiusly installed programs run , can updated. have forced closed shellextloader on mac still prompt close shellextloader though not running. have rebooted , not run adobe products except adobe application manager , still see shellextloader running. have forced  closed shellextloader have been unable install any  additional programs have not been installed shortly after started creatve cloud subscription. ther updates adobe application manager or porblem area.

do have sugarsync installed on machine ?

 

turn off , check , there couple of known issue if remember correctly of sugarsync app cs software installation.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
