Problem with Lightroom 4 book module

i ordered book blurb using book module in lightroom 4.  ordered proline pearl paper book , uploaded book blurb.  when book arrived, printed on uncoated proline paper.  after few emails blurb customer support , trying few times myself, here's what's happening.  page blurb entitled 'customize book'.  on page, blurb has disregarded paper selection in lr4 , changed uncoated proline.  can change if notice if don't (and didn't), paper didn't order.  i'm enter dispute credit card bank (i'm not going pay book didn't order), of reading this, forewarned.  have of out there had problem?

please notify blurb complaint.  respond, may during holiday season.

 

i'm not defending blurb in slightest have ordered same book 3 times , waiting on single (read correct) copy.  have @ least admitted fault , credited account charges.  hope day have "good" copy of book.  last 1 ordered being shipped relative 2,000 miles me , won't know condition of book until after holidays see if printed correctly.  had take chance intended present.  can hope got 1 right!

 

but contact them via customer support , give them chance make good.  offer option!

 

good luck , keep fingers crossed me...

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
