Screen anomaly when using pencil tool (AICS5)

i've discussed before, without resolution. since upgrading new imac, see flickering square @ cursor, when editing path using pencil tool , wacom tablet. specifically, appears when holding "cmd" , selecting path or "option" dragging along path simplify path. captured screen video , surprise, square did not appear. in it's place either red or black circle. guessing these circles part of ai interface not see on screen. have not found preference or documentation them. if interested, please review video. you'll see circle, not flickering square see on screen. i'd appreciate solving mystery.

i can think of 2 possiblities

 

1 graphic card going belly-up

 

2. drivers graphic card or tablet or both need updated.

 

oh third possiblity tablet damaged.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
