NBA League Pass video stutter

i purchased new computer (asrock e350m1 motherboard 2gb ram) high quality video (both streaming , video files). have no problem hd video files , 1080p youtube videos nba league pass high quality video streaming visibly stutters. know it's flash supported site hope can pointers possibly improving streaming quality site. can me in way?

does occur live streaming?  have tried contacting nba live pass see if have ideas going on?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
