problem with moving site - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

please me.
i want move site hosting , domain, download database dump
and download site files.
then log in cpanel on new hosting , import old database , install joomla 3
and overwrite files old files.
next change configuration file following:
public $host = 'server7.0hosting.org';
public $user = 'u777868495_vjk';
public $password = 'password example';
public $db = 'u777868495_vjk';
and
public $log_path = '/home/u777868495/public_html/logs';
public $tmp_path = '/home/u777868495/public_html/tmp';
and site not working.. can see error: http://www.vjktricks.tk
please, can do??

if want move site 1 host another, as files concerned, copy files (including sub-directories) source site destination site. there no need [re]install joomla! on destination side.
as database concerned, make sure have granted privileges user using connect database.

you use extensions such akeeba backup (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/backup/1606). similar extensions found @ http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/site-security/backup move site.
