problem importing scanned files using vuescan

using nikon coolscanv film scanner.  part going except when try import scanned images lightroom 4 folllowing message on of files: "preview unavailable file"

i attempting import 30 files, have message exception of 1 file imported successfully.

tried emailing ed hamrick far no answer.

anyone ever run problem?

i have been scanning bunch of ektachrome professional slides using vuescan 9.1.20,  lightroom 4.3 , osx 10.8.2 on minolta dimage 5400 using raw saved tif file , non-raw scans saved tif , have not seen problem.  scans 8bit.  never use jpg may issue.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
