Acrobat X Pro not installed during CS6 installation

hello,

 

i have done upgrade cs5.5 design premium cs6 desing & web premium problem program not installed acrobat x pro application.

 

steps have done:

1) deactivate cs5.5 license

2) deinstall cs5.5 applications using windows 7 system controls deinstallation of programms

3) install cs6 , activate licenses

 

result:

all applications photoshop, fireworks, dreamweaver, etc. installed correctly , running fine.

only acrobat x pro done rollback , not installed.

 

next steps:

1) deinstall acrobat reader x

2) running acrobat cleaner tool

3) reboot

4) trying install acrobat x pro

 

result: rollback again. no installation done.

 

see following note get, when try start installation again.

the hover message means: "operating system not meet system requirements. service pack 2 recommended"

an other notes can see in screenshot note is: "operating system not meet system requirements. service pack 1 recommended"

i'am using windows 7 ultimate 64bit service pack 1 (german)

 

has have had same situation, acrobat x pro or other application out of cs6 suite done rollback during installation?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
