I recently installed the security patch and now site won't l - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed security patch , getting following error on godaddy hosted site:

warning: require_once(/home/content/44/6028244/html/includes/defines.php): failed open stream: no such file or directory in /home/content/44/6028244/html/index.php on line 28

fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/home/content/44/6028244/html/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php') in /home/content/44/6028244/html/index.php on line 28

i installed same patch on website hosted godaddy , works fine.

what patch referring about?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
