what recommended catalogue size.  using elements 10.  reason ask backups external hd (on local home  network) taking forever!

how big catalog ?

its total size shown in first phase of backup.

splitting catalog not recommended , backing 2 split catalogs require same time original one. integrated backup in organizer takes time required copying media files windows explorer.

the writing time may different if use usb2, usb3 connections or networks...

you might consider using incremental backups in elements or alternative backup softwares save time frequent updates, still rely on periodic full backups organizer (to run @ night).

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
