Installation disaster?

i had element 8 running on new windows 7-64-bit machine.  later loaded elements 10, thinking had removed elements 8. (it did not select installation disk 2, should have.)

 

result: elements 10 runs not correctly.  control panel remove software shows elements 8 not elements 10.  cannot remove either.

 

the kb document kb2.adobe.com/cps/826/cpsid_82673.html not seem apply. registry entries don't exist on machine.

 

how can clean machine of mess , load elements 10 correctly.

 

for example, there adobe "cleaner?"

 

i've tried various registry cleaners (norton utilities , windows 7 manager) not solve problem.

 

i run lightroom 4.2, , cs4---which work correctly.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
