page background refresh, can I stop it?

i have might 2 questions.  i'm using apycom jqmenu on web pages , when select menu item , go page, menu highlight goes home , not stay on selected menu item , suspect part of problem might whole page seems doing full refresh background flashes white, redraws background , on.  in earlier version of site different menu, ground did not refresh this.  causing background image redraw, , how can prevent when changing pages.  background image same pages.  thanks.

what's url problem page?

in browsers seeing flash of unstyled content (aka fouc)?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
